Children find woman's head on Arbroath beach

I used to fear finding a corpse whilst out walking. When I had a dog, it was something I sometimes thought of. This was because in one of the places I regularly walked, a body was found. Children playing on a beach in Arbroath today found the head of a woman inside a plastic bag. They calmly went home and told their mother. Tayside Police have taken up the case.

It's the very callous attitude of some murderers that defies understanding. Going to such lengths is bad enough, but letting just anyone find the result of the deed is too much.
