Moscow, Russia (RIA Novosti) Apr 26, 2011 - A Soyuz-U carrier rocket with the Progress M-10M cargo spacecraft has been transferred to a launch pad at the Baikonur Space Center in Kazakhstan in preparation for the April 27 launch, Russia's Federal Space Agency said on Monday.
